Miracle noodles!
Has anyone tried these? They're like pasta (kinda like shirataki noodles) with ZERO calories. It's made out of something called glucomannan that I guess is a fiber that your body cant break down into calories so it doesnt have any. they're kinda weird but for zero calories I'll take it! I made it with walden farms pasta sauce which is "zero calories" too so I figure a few tablespoons of that can't run more than 10 calories. good option for anyone who's low carb or just low calories and trying to fill up and/or misses pasta! the rice kind is my fave.

I did a while back but did not really care for the taste and texture. Then I started wondering why I am eating something that doesnt really benefit me any.

No but I think I will try them.

Yep, they actually are shiritaki noodles, and I'll agree that the rice cut is very good. I like the Angel Hair Pasta really well too. Fry up some shrimp and pour some Alfredo sauce over it all for a great low-carb, low-cal dish.

Why dont you post some progress pictures it will help us better assess your question

While not exactly "zero nutritional value", what it does is allow you to create a tasty, healthy, filling, satisfying meal while easily staying under your cal/carb numbers for the day. That's extremely useful.

yes. aka yam noodles
they also sell blocks of it with a similar texture to raw tofu
it basically has no taste,
but if you dont clean them first you will have a fish smell
when i was injured i was eating a lot of these to fill me up, but i dont think ill ever do it again lol.
by the way, they are not zero calories!!!
they are 5 cals per serving and usually theres 4 servings in a small bag. but still, very low cals.
