for the comment about drugs and weights, I HAVE NEVER used drugs.. and i dont do ANY cardio except a 45 min fasted walk when I'm 2 weeks out. I have a hard time keeping weight on despite eating 12 solid meals a day of Chicken tons of RICE and sirloin!!
And I do lift weights! you think Cardio builds my body?
