I dunno, I can do 205 for 11 so I'd guess 850,000 reps.

You might want to try the teen section. Close the door on your way out.
In all seriousness, this kind of thing is not all bad. Picking a light weight and doing very high reps can be a great restoration method. In fact, Louie Simmons has done 5 minutes of db presses with 100s before. So let's not be too close-minded here, just because of who made the thread.

lol. well in the westside for skinny bastards program, there's a workout where all you do are exercises to failure.

Yeah, it's called repeated effort (RE). When I do RE work, it's with about half of my max, and every set is to failure with that same weight. So if I was benching with 145, I might get 30 reps, then 20, then 15. Like I said, it's pretty good for restoration. It's also more hypertrophy based, rather than the usual max or dynamic effort styles you'd normally use.
I love how little bigman once or twice a day takes a dump in the exercise forum, leaves, and lets us discuss it.
How many times can you STFU?
None, so far
I have no idea and no interest in finding out. I used to do 135 20x as a warmup back when I had no idea what I was doing, and it made me pretty tired although not yet near failure so I dunno...
who would want to do 32 reps and fatigue only a little hahaha
thats like, yeah self explanitory
1 million billion times
No clue about 100 pounds but my gym holds a local repping contest every year along with the regular powerlifting and I have won 3 years in a row.
You have to rep your bodyweight as many times as possible.
First year repped 165 25 times and won(second got 19 reps). Second year repped 170 28 times and won(second place got 27 times at a bodyweight of 270!). This year I was up to 178 pounds and repped it 32 times(second place got 27).
daaaamn 27 reps at 270 is impressive to me.

Are you aware that you are just about as annoying and clingy as the dingleberry hanging on my WOW WEAK BENCH ass hairs? Your incoherent babble makes me want to stick my cock in your mouth to make you shut-up. You think your lame and belittling jokes will help you gain WOW WEAK BENCH admittance from your online peers? You are unoriginal and a little 16 year old punk probably who is WOW WEAK BENCH pasty white with no friends. When you were busy swimming in your dad's WOW WEAK BENCH weiner, I was out working in the hot sun placing fences, digging ditches, and working harder than you could ever imagine. I've experience life and it was not ****ing easy. You have no idea what a real WOW WEAK BENCH person is, considering you've been eating ****ing bananas behind the protection of your computer you gay ass mofo. You're a pathetic bloodfart who thinks he's some WOW WEAK BENCH e-tough guy. Try being a bit more creative and MAYBE you will be taken seriously.
