i would but eating sht like that is bad for muscle growth plus it aggravates acne. plus i enjoy a well grilled steak over any sort of sugary treat any day. so it's not worth it.

Forrealz, it CLEARLY states that you should have a diet of 80-90% whole unprocessed foods. Not a diet of sugary crap. I eat very "clean" and sometimes when I get a sweet tooth and eat a cookie I fit it into my macros. I just don't say "ohh fukc it! I ate a cookie so I think I'm going to eat the entire box"
dont you guys feel like a bit of a cheat when doing so, i have recently but just feel like it will hinder my progress, even though it wont well i dont think it will.

Reps on recharge. The best flavor I have tried is Fossil Fuel, sucks because I can't find it anywhere anymore, but it taste great.

Exactly, a common misconception of IIFYM is that you eat like **** all day. The majority of what I eat comes from lean meats, whole grains, veggies but I have 1/2 of B&J pretty much every single night, helps me hit my fats and keeps me sane.

yeah dude! like this is what ive eaten today:
-oatmeal prepared with almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, whole eggs/egg whites
-flank steak with asparagus & potato (then had a serving of B&J)
-salmon, brown rice, broccoli
-casein sludge with natty peanut butter and almonds.
yeah a really unhealthy day of eating for ya ;)
I'd like a pizza sometimes but my caloric intake needed to gain weight is not that much, so it's hard for me to fit it in my macros. FML
Maybe when I'm 190-200 ish lbs and I somewhat struggle to meet the calories to grow...
I haven't gone a day without mcdonalds in ~3 weeks.
