Anyone else finding it difficult to cycle off creatine?
My buddy keeps telling me to cycle off for like a month to see the real benefits when I cycle back on.
I've been taking creatine, every day, for about two years. [b]Don't plan on cycling off either because I know it isn't necessary.[/b]
The thought started getting to my mind about how it's nearly impossible these days if you take other training supplements because they are included in there.
Anyone else notice this?
Maybe I'm just overthinking here.
