yeah I'm thinking about jelly bellies, never skittles though they make my spit turn into freakin syrup. had a box of gummies after I worked out today, got it down to where I can down an entire box in a 2 minutes, lol mmmmm

oh. Grains have pretty 'meh' nutrition in my eyes. When someone says nutritious carbs I just assume they mean fruit//veggies, in which case, those wouldn't work very well for a big carb hit. (except raw honey, **** is the bomb)

Does the body notice much difference in simple carbs from say white rice, oats, or bagels compared to gummy bears since the body needs just about w/e simple carbs it can get in order to replenish your body...??
