a long time
Why do HIIT at all? do moderate cardio, keep 500 calories below maintainence, and do your cardio for 30 minutes before you eat breakfast each morning. Heavy enough where you are breathing somewhat heavy, but can hold a conversation. 350-400 calories in half hour...
You could do cardio all you want but if you eat like **** you won't get anywhere. Stop focusing on how much cardio you do, and focus on how many calories you eat. If you start eating at a deficit and do 20 mins of cardio you'll get to where you want to be.

Listen to this guy right here. If you're not willing to change your eating habits, and eat clean... then you are going to get frustrated, no matter what supplement you take, you won't be satisfied with the results.
Change your eating habits to start, then take a look at your cardio / workouts. If you have those both together, then you'll start seeing results.
i agree
HIIT is savage if done right, dont do hours of moderate cardio thats bs. 6 weeks
i agree with 6 weeks if your diet is good and consistent. diet is #1 for a cut.

This.
This is a pretty dumb question OP, I'm sure if you bothered to google "how to get abs" the first thing that would have came up is something about loosing enough fat for the muscle to be visible. To do that is not complicated either, burn more calories then you consume over the course of the day. You can do all the HIIT you want but if you're consuming more then you burn you're still not going to get abs.
Run and Diet Diet Diet!!
to reiterate...
Eat less and move moar!
Thank for some of the feedback. I started at 150 and as today sit at 182..I would like to keep going to 200 and see what happens. Just thought about adding hiit during a bulk would be worth it or would it defeat the purpose of bulking. Thnks.

if you wanna continue to bulk keep bulking. If you wanna see abs like said get your diet on point and do cardio and continue your weight training as normal. If you do it right shouldnt be long.

LOL so let me get this straight. You are bulking, up 32 pounds so far, and trying to put on another 18 while hoping to see abs all because you throw in HIIT? There's no point in answering your questions from here on out. You sir, are retarded.
