The files go abs1 through abs28, but there is no abs13. Just wondering.
You're the first one to notice that... :)
I'll double check my files and see what I've done, I might of just miss numbered them.

Oh for everyone who was wondering about file 13 - it happens to be sidebends and as this thread was created with us women in mind and I don't believe women should be doing sidebends I left it out. :)
Thanks so much for this post. I've been looking for something that would change up my ab work
thanks, extremely helpful
great information ! :)
ok if this has already been asked im sorry...but where did you buy this book? awesome post...but i would love to have the hardcopy! thanks!
ahh yes...i just saw that you found it as a pamphlet...dang
I've been trying to add some things to ab workout, really want to improve myself in that area and just needing some help with it.
How many set/rep do suggest?
awesome bro was linked to it. Ive done most of these and obviously doing all is over working your abs. Just pick 1 or 2 for upper/obliques/lower then 2 days later do a different one and 2 days after that another 1. Rest will depend on your diet and training. Obviously you should be doing some cardio
Very nice. I also find that treadmill sprints with knees high work abs very well.
Wow this is a good thread thanks! I do some of these already but will add more to it now!!
I didn't see this on the list yet, and I did them today and I have never been so challenged:

Yeah, I have never had ab soreness like that before!
thanks for this. I have been looking to try and add ab routines into mine. It has just been hard as I have fibro in my lower back. Sometimes little things just make the pain worse. I am trying to overcome this on my own; as I hate the pain pills dr.s give. I saw a few that looked like I could do; just use a lower weight (one on machines) and higher reps. My tummy still looks like it did 10 years ago after having my son. I want to get rid of that! (oh, just to let you all know I have been changing my diet to help. carbs are my fav..you know pasta, so I am REALLY trying to cut those down alot!)
I appreciate this and thank you:)
Will definitely bookmark this one! Thanks so much M :)
i looove LEG RAISES!!
and to everyone asking about how many sets/reps
its personal butttt i like to do 3 sets of 15. sometimes the last set ill go extra hard and do it to failure and then ill really feel the burn! try and see what pushes you! whatever you choose, the important thing is to be consistent!
train hard ladies ;)
fantastic post, thanks so much!
As someone who has had two C-sections, abs have ALWAYS been my worst enemy! This is great info! Thanks!
I prefer the hanging leg raise! I feel like you get the ab benefits while also strengthening certain areas that are crucial for pulls up.
I stop midway in my chinups, make sure I have a firm & steady hold, and do some knee lifts here to failure. I LOVEEEE the burn!
I almost forgot!! I will at least focus on my abs for a few minutes everyday & every 3rd workout or so, I will kill them. My exercises are never the same & I go from exercise to the next since ab muscles are fast twitch & don't need the recovery time. And let's not forget the importance of holding a tight stomach during our entire workout
love it! I'm gonna try the ones that look the most painful tonight. :D lol
hmmm....looks a great thread but I cant see the exercises in the first few posts :$
Are the links dead or is it just my browser in work playing up:$
Cheers :)
