figure out your macro's and count those.
You need a "balanced" diet
Anywhere from 25 to 80 depending on how much fiber and fat it has.

On average 1 point is about 50 calories. But, on WW you don't count veggies and fiber, which still have calories. So 1 point could be up to 90 calories (something like high fiber bread is said to be 1 point, but has 90 calories per serving). Its a range, I'd say 50-80 calories per point, I guess. If you eat a LOT of veggies I'd count like 60-70 calories per point, if you eat anything else that is calorie dense and has a lot of calories OR fat per unit (chicken, fish, cake, beans, PB) then I'd count closer to 50 calories.

Oh, something like butter, which is pure fat, is about 35 calories per 1 point. So I guess if the fat content is really high then it could be as low as 30 calories/point, so 30-80 is a better range I guess.
Thanks for the replys!!
EKK! I think I will learn how to count calories,so I know I am getting it right. What do you ladies do to track them? Do you just learn after a while?
I did type in my diet in fitday and it said my macros were 40P/30C/30F,but my calories were only 1600. I need to eat 2150 a day to lose,so a bit of tweaking needed.
Thanks for the help,I'm loving it.
