How bad are those 5 hour energy shots for you?

I use them probably every other day mon-fri for work cuz I am the ANTI- morning person. How bad are they for me?

I don't remember what they have in them, but I don't think they should be any worse than anything else for you...Just don't overdo it with them.

EDIT: This is coming from someone who used to drink Redline like it was water...:eek:

I drink a whole redline before I go out to the bar...i love it

They are just kind of costly. If they do what you want, keep it up. Maybe look into Caffiene pills. They are fairly cheap.

Mostly b-vitamins. No worries. Body flushes what it doesn't use, but caffeine wise you're looking at some. No worse than coffee.

I love energy shots.

Look into the Labrada Charge Supershots. Great stuff.

Only you can answer this question. There is no specific ingredient that is bad for you, just how you deal with stimulants in general (heart rate, crash, anxiety, etc.). But I would recommend a break/cycle off to avoid adrenal fatigue.

I tried one once and it didn't do anything for me...now if you ever get ahold of Spike Shooter....that stuff is wicked..I drove for like 9 hours straight with no stopping from Colorado to Kansas after drinking a can.

OMG! ...........................I like tribulus shot by ABB. It kept me awake in a dry ass re cert class.

I can't do the whole caffeine thing when I go out anymore. Libido is shot to hell.

I was moving back to Texas, it was 4pm, I wanted to get to the same hotel I stayed at moving into Colorado, there was a nasty thunderstorm brewing at the border between Colorado and Kansas(if you've ever seen a Kansas thunderstorm you would understand) and I just wanted to get to a place where all the nice things in my car weren't going to get stolen overnight.

Pissing was the least of my concerns. If you squeeze hard enough you can stop that problem for awhile. TMI...lol

wow i thought these would be terrible for you...I gotta say i usually dont like stims cuz im more sensitive to some, but I need these for work, once i get back to school no prob class is easy. Im gonna look into osme of them you mentioned.
