IF and GDAs
I'm doing IF (20 / 4 split). 1 bottle slintensity and 1 bottle slinsane
PWO shake at 6:00pm (2 scoops isolate/ 50g dex)
Meal#1 at 7:00pm - 8oz Chicken/white tortilla/1 cup white rice/1 cup broccoli/1 cup white potatoes/1 cup greek yogurt / 1 scoop protein
Meal #2 at 10:00pm - 4oz chicken / 1 cup cottage cheese / 1 large banana
question
based on my diet, what should dosing protocol be?
1. I've been taking 1 slintensity pre meal #1. carbs come out to about ~120g. Should i take 2 slintensity?
2. should i take another slintensity pre meal #2 or wait and take one before bed?
4. Non WO days I take in ~25g carbs total. should i only take 1 cap before bed and call it a day?
3. when i finish my bottle of slintensity and start slinsane.... should dosing change at all?
Thanks for the help everyone

should've included that; sorry. Around 5:00pm.

I love GDAs , with the workout days before bed would probably be the best option to me. Off days could be before your meal with 25g carbs or before bed.

are you suggesting one cap a day? before bed? what about before my PWO meal?

I didn't think GDA's post workout were useful? Perhaps the Pre-bed on WO days would be better.
I have taken 2 SlinTensity's with ~100-120g carbs and been fine.

Insulin sensitivity is already high post workout, I would just use your GDAs on off days before your first meal.
-
Do not use your GDA post-workout. Other times would be fine.
-
Alright, I'll just take them on my off days then. That makes everything nice and easy. my SSv2 should last me quite a while then :)

Also don't overuse GDAs when/if you refeed. 1 max for those meals; you don't want to impede glucose deposition during these times.
-
This is fairly off topic, but why do you include dextrose in your Post WO shake?
