Could someone show me some before and after pics of someone really skinny fat like me, for motivation? From what ive seen in various sites, its extremely difficult for skinny fats to gain muscle, saying that skinny fat is a syndrom.
Things like that make me feel like giving up, that theres no point.
Could someone prove wrong this skinny fat hardgainer thing? I would really appreciate it

I started off looking a lot worse than you. Just start training and don't get lazy!
-
"very thin wrists"
Pepper your angus OP im gunna hunt you down and put them feminine wrists to work
-
100$'s says I got smaller wrists then you. Stop saying there no point. You honestly have the complete wrong attitude. Instead of saying that. Say instead "Oh , I'm skinnyfat ? Not for long." Think you got a hard time gaining ? Try again. Eat more. You'll gain. At least your not malnourished like me. But I don't let that stop me do I ? no. and you shouldn't let being skinny fat stop you either.

Regardless of whether you have the worst genetics or not (which you dont), you will look tenfold better after packing on some muscle. srs. Get to it.
Me before lifting. Possibly worse than you...

Check my Avi for me after training for a 18 months. Bare in mind that was last year, mid cut now, im looking better.
-
I'm not sure about scoliosis, but honestly nobody should be too concerned with your genetics. Regardless of your biological disposition, if you've never trained before, then there is a huge capacity for you to put on more muscle. Body building is just a lot of grey really for different people because someone like me, naturally weight bearing, needs to eat a lot less than someone like you who might need to eat more to put on mass. Either way, most of us on this forum will never actually reach our genetic potentials I don't think, both because they are very far away and very hard to attain (absolute gp is almost impossible seeing how nobody's routine is 100% perfect). As sad as that is, it means there is a lot of space in between, and also a lot of improvement that you can make both physically and mentally OP.
-
Eat(right) lift sleep repeat. Trust me man, I'm 6'1 and weigh 141 but if you look at my photos you'll see Ive been putting on muscle. You'll get muscle but you just gotta work your a$$ off! If you want it then go out and fight for it harder than anyone else!
-
OP, that's like asking if you have worst soccer genetics because you can't kick a ball.
Train and you'll get better.
-
Cliffs: OP thinks he has foreveralone genetics
-
in my opinion, the only thing genetics truly effect are your insertions and muscular shape. EVERYONE can build muscle mass
-
dude lift. you look like **** now but in a year youll look beeast esp havin muscle at ur height is gonna make your physique more of a headturner.
-
Do you think that at 15.5 years old is a good age to start lifting, or can my growth be stunted?
How much muscle mass do you think I will gain in 3 months, and in 1 year?
-
Don't try to pawn it off on your genetics you lazy *******, go lift.
-
Hey, I have scoliosis too, and bowlegged stop the bitchin. Hit the gym, get your attitude and diet right. No one wants to hear it.
-
Hello. I have been lifting for a week now. However I have a quite common question to ask. Should I cut, bulk or do body recomposition? Looking at my pics do you thing I have too much body fat for bulking or not? Any help will be appreciated

This thread caught my attention and I have to say that I am extremely hurt by how some of you guys responded. I actually have a genetic disorder that makes it close to impossible to work out. I dislocate my finger by typing, and my shoulder by reaching a bit too far. I understand that maybe you guys are not talking about the same thing. But genetics really can affect it. Please be a bit more open minded and forgiving when it comes to stuff like this. I am also open to suggestions on how I may be able to overcome this if you would care to enlighten me as to how (being serious here no sarcasm).

< Wide hips, narrow shoulders, thin wrists, mild-moderate gynomastica, acne problems, low blood pressure, a significant case of ADD and a girly bubble butt.
Shut the phuck up and lift OP.
EDIT: Oh lawd, I remember this thread... still as irritating now as it was then.
-
Shut the **** up and train
-
You have the wrong attitude
Lift big and eat big, seriously, just start eating everything on sight.
-
I had 6-7 degree scaliosis, but weightlifting almoust fixed it.

THIS IS TMISC
Shut the f*ck up and squat.
There is always a way of working out around such things, look at the stickies and you'll see a man with no arm/in a wheelchair who became a bodybuilder.
Also, spoon pics
