How much should you be able to lift based on weight ?
In order to determine whether or not you are at least some what strong does anybody know what some decent numbers would be for the following exercises:
Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Incline
Barbell Curl
Military
Row
for example if you squat 2x ur bodyweight is that considered good ? or how much should you be able to bench at 200 pounds to have some decent numbers...and for non-steroid users btw...if any one can help i would really appreciate the insight.

I`d say if you can :
2x bw squat
2x bw dead
1.5x bw bench
1.3x bw incline
0.5x bw curl
1.5 bw bb row
You are strong !!!

Wow, I'm a stronger old fart than I expected. LOL. I'm almost at the squat, bench and incline numbers. No where near the curl and I can only do my BW in the row. Worst exercise for me.
Overall I guess I'm on the right track. One of my goals is to 2x BW in bench and squats. A few more weeks if all goes well. Of course if I do gain any weight than it's always just a litte out of reach. That kind of sucks. It's like dangling the carrot in front of the horse.

Well, then I'm strong in some areas and weak in others.
My weight: 145
Squat: 225
Dead: 250
Bench: 225
Incline: 205
Curl: 85
BB Row: 125
Military Press: 135
Chins: +75
Dips: +90
Some of these are estimates, but should be pretty close. My lower back is my weak link, which is why my squat, dead and BB rows are low compared to my bench. Not sure if 135 is good on military press. I suspect that's low as well. I might be able to do more sitting, but I always do military press standing so I don't know. My lats, bi's and tri's are pretty strong (which is why my chin and dip numbers are high), oh and it helps that I only weight 145 pounds. :)
