Is 20 to late to start powerlifting?
Hi guys first off I don't come to this part of the board much but here are my stats;
170lb 15-18% bodyfat
20 years old, been training for over a year. Started off at 135lbs and 11.5 inch arms, now I'm around 14.5-15.0''
I have a screwed up knee, but I can squat
225x10 prety easy
175x4 bench..never really bench though, mostly dumbbells.
I am not huge and stonge but I want to get there. I know what to eat but I just don't really know where to start. I'm over in FL and have tried to find info about meets and such but haven't had any luck.
