Pre/post shoulder surgery pics *Fat gain*

I had shoulder surgery (Unstable shoulder Slap/bankart 20+ dislocations, Bone fragment removal) 7 months ago, just wanted to post the before and after pics, They aren't very pretty. (No gore)

Pics are of the same shoulder that had surgery.

According to my scale I was 10% BF in the first pic and currently I'm 16%, numbers seem a bit inaccurate though. Calipers say I'm 13%, Online measurment calcs say im 19%.

Shoulders doing great, currently doing All-Pro, just finishing my 5th week. It's still tight when I stretch my arms behind my back, but it's almost pain free.

Good news is, you weren't 10 percent in the first picture. More like 12-13. The bad news is, you are higher than that now. Don't despair, just lean gain or cut/gain. Good luck, glad the shoulder's better.

Thanks for the reply, I've been eating 10% over for 16% bodyfat . Think I should refigure that to 19-21% BF?
