when to take Vitamin B Complex and L-Arginine

I picked up some Vitamin B- Complex 50 from vitamin shop
and some L-Arginine form Vitamin Shop and just wondering when i should take them?

I was thinking takin one tab of vitamin B COmplex before workout for energy and one tab of L-arginine post workout for aminos?


any suggestions?

and I'm wondering wtf you purchased arginine. And you don't even know when to take it. Not like it matters. Epic nooblet buy first ask questions later.

If you're not already taking a preWO N.O./stim product then ya take the B preWO. You can take the arginine anytime really ... try before bed.

The dosing of their b-vitamin is sad and arginine does nothing. If you haven't opened them I'd return them
