My forearms are bigger than my biceps when both are relaxed. Is this normal or I have strong forearm genetics?

You are 102lbs. Come back with your strong forearms genetics in theory in 4 years

Your only 50lbs more than me which most of is Bone and organs and what not. So you have no place to talk about weight either.

Get your flame suit
mine can look like it from certain angles too. i have a 12 inch forearm and a 14 inch bicep, but unflexed the forearm looks bigger from the front.
maybe measure them both at the biggest part and see what you come up with.

Maybe thats why. But im not measuring the bone part. Im measuring about 2 inches before the bone part where the thickness is just the muscle.

I think at 152lbs 8%BF I can make fun of the 100lb kid. Even at your high bodyfat you look anorexic, how ****ing terrible can you be? If your forearms are bigger on your frame than your upper arm and you look like you never lifted a weight in your life congrats, you don't have superior genetics of any kind.

He'd still be a skinnyfat 5'9 kid. He has literally no muscle on him.
OH, and 102lbs/63inches= 1.619lbs/inch x 69 inches = 111.7lbs@5'9 not exactly accurate but there is no way hed put on another 42lbs

That is why I said it. I have my place to tell you that your OP is wrong because any imbalances in your physique have little to do with your genetics. You got mad. Negged on spread
The kid is only 14, so to start lifting weights that young, if hes dedicated will be bigger then probably most of the people on this board.
My forearms are bigger than my biceps when both are relaxed. Is this normal or I have strong forearm genetics?
No, you have small biceps.
Its prob just cuz your still young and dont have enough mass...once u start packing your body will start to be proportionate. Btw keep lifting hard, at 14 you will be a beast when you grow up if your still at it. I wish I started young, was brainwashed by the your not gonna grow speech.
if i read this right, you're measuring the area that's about 1 inch below your elbow and comparing it to your biceps..
when you measure your forearm, you're supposed to measure halfway between your wrist and elbow.. otherwise, the measurements will be about the same.
if ur gonna make fun of him make fun of his height.
tallguy makin fun of manlets again!
