Are you seeing progress on the scale? If so, I would maybe look into doing IF where you can eat larger meals in a shorter amount of time
Stay within the 10-20% surpluss zone brah. Dont want any a large amount of fat when it comes to cutting.
Also, by the sound of your post it looks like you are not tracking macros, I would advise you to do so.
I'm always hungry even when bulking, just gotta deal with it.
you could always try to drink water or chew gum.
snack on fruits? they tend to be low in calories and are somewhat filling.

If you tend to find yourself hungry a great deal, then try eating more satiating foods. Fill up on those fibrous veggies, etc.

You may need to bump up your calories then if you are still hungry.... You could grow some more.
Hunger is not a sign of needing to eat
Waats, and Uber, I'm so glad I'm not the only one !
Hey Josh, I'm still hungry after 5000+ cals a day > while gaining 1 - 2 lbs a week, probably less than half of that is lean muscle. Do you think I should eat more too ? .....because 6000+ would be REALLY easy for me, and this is even when eating nothing but clean, healthy foods !
Fish
I think I may eat more vegetables at some meals and bump cals at other meals (like breakfast or post-workout).
Thanks everyone.

If your already at a pound a week I wouldn't go any higher. That would just put on unnecessary fat gain. Try eating fibrous veggies and more filling foods to try and combat your hunger

Totally agree! Why increase cals at all, let alone 1000 when you said you are gaining lots of fat
fishchris was being sarcastic
indicating that not all of us can rely on hunger as proper reference point
