Trolling motor is useful when chasing schools of feeding fish, even in the ocean. Although "trolling" in the ocean is usually done with the main engine it depends on the situation and all. Mostly it would be used for the bays approaching oyster reefs and such quietly so as not to disturb the feech. Truck sold and I immediately dropped $1k to fix my son's bad clutch and rear main seal on his little truck. I should have got rid of that one instead but I just got burned out pouring money into that truck and it was time to wash my hands of it.

ive been having a bad day, today was back+bis...decided to do Deadlifts...killed myself w em, probably not gonna feel good tomorrow but i wanted to punish myself.

Buns? When the weight got heavy on me I started getting more sore in the upper back between my shoulder blades than anywhere else.

ive got long legs so its more comfortable for my butt to be higher before i start, but yes i agree i feel it in the upper back and traps. started Kris Gethin's 12 week daily trainer cause i had been doing my old workout for 8 months or so and there is no deadlift or squat. i was pissed but its only 12 weeks and i can always add them back in after :)

How are you liking it? I just assumed any of that sponsored/featured workout crap is... crap so never even looked at it. Think I'm gonna run a 5x5 again for a while, been going 4 days a week for some time now and think it'll do me some good to reduce to 3x for a while.

I like it so far. has me doing 40 minutes of cardio a day which is good. the rep ranges arent what im used to, coming off of Growth Stimulus Training, but i like that its a change from the slow pace that GST had. Im also IF'ing to try and cut down. 12-8 being my window. well see how it all works out.

I bought the GST book and ran the program, liked it but something was off and the workouts just never came naturally for me if you know what I mean. 5/3/1 is still my favorite and the madcow 5x5 is good too, seems like my body just responds well to both of them. 5/3/1 has given me the most strength I've been able to get on DL and Bench, and 5x5 gave me the best Squat increase. My squat and bench are both still embarrassing though. ETA: I did IF for 3 weeks, ate less food than I normally would have because I just couldn't eat it all, gained 4 lbs. wtfman.jpg

I know what you mean. I go through phases of wanting to do low rep hi weight and vice versa. I'll have to check out 5/3/1. And as far as IF goes, I mainly do it because I don't know the nutrition contents of any of the **** they serve here at school. BRB baked pollock. I think it's fish idk. Plus it's convenient for my class schedule and keeps me from ordering pizza at night lol. Thos four pounds were probably lean mass brah. Pretty good for three weeks nomsayin

Nah no lean mass with my 4 lbs, felt bloated and fat. Probably just gut content/water retention but still the opposite effect of what I was looking for so I bailed. If you like lifting for strength absolutely check out the 5/3/1, Wendler knows what he's doing there. kinda leaning towards getting bigger now. i gained a lot of strength with GST and i think i want to focos on putting more size on. i figured GST was geared towards both size and strength what with the varying rep/set ranges but i want to change it up. ill probably go back to it. maybe on my next strength phase ill do it!

forearms are sore, mid upper back is sore, legs a bit sore, some other stuff is sore. i dont usually deadlift, but when i do i try to inflict as much damage to myself as i can

OBP 06 with the stock gold BBS on a slight drop. ive got tints same % front and back but i cant remember what they are, not overly dark but still illegal. got pulled over by campus police today, they got about 4 diff cruisers and i counted 6 cops...turns out my regis was expired+they got me for the tints+front plate in my windshield. no tickets tho :)

I got all my 15/30 Pmags from midwestpx/riflegear/njgf. ive got a few 15/20 Pmags but mostly the 15/30s
