Healthy Chicken Salad??
Didn't have time to do a store run, so I used what I had to make some chicken salad. I would appreciate any pros/cons, and any suggestions you might have.
Rotisserie Chicken
Frozen Deluxe Stir Fry Veggies (wal-mart brand)
Ms. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1-2 tbs relish
2 tbs Smart Balance Omega mayo (next time I might try fat free greek yogurt instead)
Few dabs of hot sauce
I put the chicken, then the veggies in my food chopper, gound it up and mixed all the other stuff together. It was really good!!!!
Does that sound like a healthy meal? What if I maybe had a protein shake or some fruit with it, or maybe put it on a whole wheat tortilla, etc.?

It depends on what you're going for. Looks like a very low carb meal, but the veggies/protein/fat appear to be there.
If you add apples and curry you'll have a nice Curry Apple Chicken Salad.

Thanks for the input. I am trying to lose fat right now. I'll be bulking when happy with the loss. For Carbs, could I put it in a wheat tortilla, or ad some other carb and still be a complete meal?

What's important to keep in mind is that the diet's contribution to bodyweight is dependent on caloric balance and the diet's contribution to body composition is dependent on micro/macronutrient sufficiency. Specific food selections are not relevant to bodyweight and body composition outside the context of daily nutrition.

the smart balance oil has unhealthy items, and a typical wheat tortilla has unhealthy transfat
