What to do after eating BIG MEAL?
I just ate a huge meal, 1100 calories... chicken, shrimp, steak, salad with dressing, lots of bread, and water. This is 2 hours after a 400 calorie meal too... so I've eaten 1500 calories in a 3 hour time span... jeez... I'm 167 pds 5'10.
I'm wondering what is the best thing to do after a huge meal like this so these calories won't be stored as fat? Would hitting the weights direct the calories to muscle and not fat? Or should I skip my next 3 meals?? ( I eat every 2-3 hours)

Donīt skip your meals, just eat less on these next 3 meals.
