My legs are just too big. I need to find a way to lose the muscle in my legs. I just gain muscle so easy in that area. It really is causing me problems, can someone tell me methods where I can lose muscle in this area??????

Nah...keep the workouts and just cut the legs in half! :D J/K
Stop doing leg exercises all together. If what you are saying is true, there are only a few thousand people here that would love to trade places with ya.
-
Gain mass everywhere else to accommodate the legs.
-
For expert advice, please post
picture of legs and full body shot
size of thigh and calves
bodyfat %
current leg workout
what problems you think your leg size is causing you in everyday life? (health, circulation, clothes, women, etc.)
otherwise you'll get more cut in the legs in half jokes.
-
Have you tried a leg stretcher?
-
What you have my friend is a genetic gift, do not neglect it.. It's the freaky bodyparts that stand out above the rest which we all love! Dorian's back, Arnold's biceps, Platz' legs.. Make the most of what you got, you'll stand out ina crowd!
-
I wish I could make my legs bigger, anyhow, if they are too big for your liking, cut out the leg exercises in the gym and just do heaps of running for at least 30 minutes 5X per week
-
I'm starting to look like Schwarzenegger in the late seventies. What can I do about this, please help. :D J/K

I was born with these legs. I don't work them out at all, because of their size. and it is just basically muscle, I've had these legs all my life. I need to find another way to lose the muscle, before I decide to get a surgery.

thanks for the serious replies, I understand that some people want larger legs, and that is ok for them, but not me. genetic gift, or curse, whatever it is, I don't want it. the smiple fact of it is, I just have big legs, I don’t' think I need to post a picture to state the obvious. I'm over 18" in my calves and even when I was a tooth pic my legs were still big, so bodyfat isnt' really an issue. the problem of health seems to be my calves are always in a slight pain, they ache all the time and I believe they are wearing on the tendons in my legs and exhausting them, or so the doctor says. So, I just want make them smaller.
I used to bike a lot and that didn't seem to do all that much, but I used to only have it on the toughest gear. I still don't know what do do.
a leg strecher?? I don't believe that exsits

Sounds like someone has a case of the cankles.

There you go. If you don't post a pic, someone else will post one for you.

i knew a kid who told me he was all muscle, it was sad because he was obviously obese - ridiculously obese - 280 @ 5'6'' never-lifted-weights-or-exercised-in-his-life obese. Post pictures or your post leads me to assume it's fat.

haha, you are all insane. you are all smart people, you must know a way to get rid of leg muscle!
-
Even though this is prob a Total JOKE! If this is true how old are you? Sounds like you may have Duchenes Muscular Dystrophy. That is a classic sign of it, large muscular looking legs, almost abnormaly large for the size of the body. But this tends to be a pediatric problem. Anyway more likely than not this is prob a joke post.
