She was a 36DD when we were married.
Late 30's for medical reasons she had to have breast reduction surgery.
Early 40's she wanted her figure back. I supported her with any choice she made. She went back to 36D.
It was a decision that I understood completely. She works hard in the gym and just wants her former looks back.
Juicy :)

nice catch buddy
Thanks, bros.
I'm a fortunate bastard in many ways. The most important was finally getting my head outa my own arse and living healthy. If I could rewind twenty years off the clock....I swear I'd never deviate from weight training and cardio. There is no telling what I could have achieved. I'm grateful she stuck around and has been a great coach throughout my return since March of 2011.
My goal is to be at my fighting weight by September and to always own my physical condition. Own that chit. At 43 now....I've got a shot at being a badazz 50 year old mofo. She's all in for that.
Pork chops tonight.
Dredged in texas petes hot sauce and liberally coated in lemon pepper as they cooked.
I was supposed to have some for tomorrow but I eated them all.

Man - that looks and sounds so good.
Marinated chicken breasts in Allegro for 1 hour then added a touch of Worcestershire to it. Sorry no pics of the food I was busy fighting the scavenging kids for my share. Came out so tender it almost aint right.

FR that looks good. You have you a grill topper for veggies? If you dont know what im taking about look on page 2 for my grilled okra.
I need to be firing up the grill.. I feel like it may be feeling neglect..
Dont have any inspiring ideas though... I know there is a ton of okra in my freezer waiting to hit the grill topper.
I cant wait for the gardens to mstart producing so I can mooch some squash, zucchini, bell peppers, and some tomatoes.

I'm finishing up my last chicken breast right now from the last grilling session so it looks like tonight is time to fire it up again. Academy had some Zip Pak freezer bags on clearance for 88 cents/box and the pump for like $5 so I bought a sheetload of them, just like a vacuum sealer without all the crap involved and it's worked really well. The chicken is damn near as tender and juicy today as it was when it came off the grill.
I didn't do a garden this year and I'm gonna start feeling the pain here in a few weeks when it would have been time to start picking. :(
This thread is awesome. I'm going to have to keep a camera by my grill now. I have half a beef on order so my freezer will be over flowing in the next week or two.
6 lbs of chicken breasts grilled up slowly over lump charcoal tonight and vacuum sealed 2 per bag for the week. Wifey made meatloaf too, gonna be a good week.
No pics....but I grilled several boneless chicken breasts marinated in Don's Seasoning Delight-spicy version, with minced garlic and teriaki sauce added at the end.
Been eating them for lunch the past two days.
Kept it very simple the other night (no pics) :(
Grilled up some tilapia with a very simple recipe - marinated them in EVOO, basil, parsley, salt/pepper, garlic, lime juice. Topped them with some slices of jalapeno for a little extra kick.
Also added some sliced zucchini and onions marinated in Italian dressing for a side.
Been grilling a lot lately with the weather being so nice. Always get so pumped for my steak that I forget to take pics. Next time I'll produce some pics, maybe I'll even do kabobs. Usually make a decent sized steak for me, and then burgers / brats for everyone else lol. Vegetables either beans, asparagus or corn on the cob, once in a while I'll do a vegetable medley.
NOTHING better than just about ANYTHING on the grill! Charcoal though, not that gas grill CRAP!

Post gym dinner late this evening.
Salmon & vegetable skewers
EVOO & Old Bay Seasoning really enhance the flavor.

Thanks. Protein is high in the salmon, crazy high. Needed the vegagetables to cut a proper turd the next morning. All is well....goals achieved. :)
letting some chicken sit in some srirachi sauce before grilling it for dinner later.
anyone ever cook a brisket on the grill?

not a grilled meal but good anyway... Mexican Chicken casserole.
Now for the grilled goods...
Chicken drums and corn on the cob. I soaked the corn in water for 15-20 minutes to keep the husks from burning up. Probably some of the best corn Ive had.
