Deadlift VS Squat: Which is king?
So after learning so much about lifting seriously, and also getting some (well not much 8 weeks lol) experience with serious lifting, i can say for sure that these 2 are the big baddies, the 2 contenders for the 'one' exercise. (maybe clean and jerk could the 3rd for almost total measure of strength) Each have their pros compared to the other, but im asking for YOUR opinion here, which is king for you, which one do you like more?
Im gna have to go with the deadlift on this one. It judges more aspects of strength, and it just feels more badass picking up a massive weight from the floor knowing you just owned this bitch. (+ i deadlift around 80lbs more than i squat so its good for my ego too :D )
