Are you taking any supplements? If not, do you tense up, strain, or clench teeth during reps?
Check your Blood pressure.

Hey what's up man how long have you been working out? Does it start right you when begin working out? I had the same problem a few months into working out it is due to an increase in blood pressure I recommend you sprint for 5 minutes on the treadmill to raise your blood pressure before your workouts and I think that will settle your problem. I stopped needing to sprint after a week.

its been like couple of months since i started working out but the problem started just yesterday. and yea it starts right away. thanks im gonna try your advice.

this happened to me spring before last, i was really freaked out, had a CAT scan and everything
turned out to be a sinus infection from a cold i thought i had gotten past weeks before, some penicillin, a short break from the gym... good as new
so... had a cold / been sick lately? could be it.
** don't take a risk, probably best to see aa doctor before you lifting again
I had this a couple of years back, turned out i was squatting with the bar up too high, and it was putting pressure on my neck. Felt like my head was going to explode for about ten minutes afterwards.
So if its always after squats, i'd check where you#re placing the bar.
