Kid at the gym sparked this thread today...asked me what my bicep workout looks like because he wanted to get his arms bigger....my first response is what kind of tricep workout do you have? And he looked at me like....wtf...

i heard the way to get bigger arms, is to work you shoulders like crazy, because you can't get huge arms if your shoulders are pinner, think of it as a tree, you need a big base in order to get those big arms. anyways that what im told, if im wrong go ahead and flame the hell outta me... as long as it makes you feel bigger.
Wtf? People who work out just biceps don't want bigger arms... they just want bigger biceps.

no, you need a larger ROM, try cutting down on dat dere celltech and your ROM will go up.
