Kid at the gym sparked this thread today...asked me what my bicep workout looks like because he wanted to get his arms bigger....my first response is what kind of tricep workout do you have? And he looked at me like....wtf...
KEY TO GETTING BIG ARMS IS WORKING OUT YOUR TRICEPS AS MUCH AS BICEPS...
triceps are 2/3's of your arm.
