1/4 OR 1/2 a cup of regular ground beef (depending on the amount of calories you want)
1/2 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon of ground pepper
1/2 of a Lime
Let the ground beef cook in your frying pan for a minute or two. While it's cooking throw in the ground pepper and the chopped garlic clove (i like to use one full clove sometimes for a better taste). Continue cooking and mixing, about a minute later squeeze the half lime in there.
When it's almost done, add the tablespoon of tomato paste and just mix it throughly.
Serve.
*Warning* You will not feel as if this is a healthy meal as it will taste too damn good to be Keto. Your taste buds might also explode.[/QUOTE]
