Is this good progress?
I've been hitting the gym every day and doing cardio every day as well. Recently I got a little discouraged about my progress and then I looked at a picture of my flexing my biceps a month and a half ago vs. yesterday. I think my biceps have improved quite a bit, but I want to get some feedback. Please, as always, be honest.
I want constructive criticism. I'm new to lifting and I know I will only get better by learning by people who are better at this and have been doing it for longer than I have.

I can see noticeable gains in your bi's and shoulder bro, GJ! Keep it up and make sure to hit the triceps, traps, and chest!

Thanks! I've been hitting the chest really hard, it's definitely my weakest area. I've seen some progress there as well but it's going to take the longest to get where I want it too since it was so underdeveloped.

You generally won't see much progress in one or two months time. My advice would be to be a little more patient. If your taking progress pics every couple of weeks you won't see your progress as easily.

I understand, I am trying to be patient. I know I won't really transform my body until I'm at this for 6 months to a year, at the very least.
But did you look at the picture?

Small period of time, but yes it's good progress can see some little changes

Thanks, I'll take small gains.
