Man, what a difference. I can't wait to start creatine. Any tips?
Not really, just drink lots of water & expect a water weight gain.
tentative plan is to clean bulk at 160, if i feel i may look better by cutting further i might
but my goal isnt to be skinny, but to be as aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as possible, which involves building more muscle at some point
so im sticking to my guns, i figure i wont be ripped at 160 but i should be able to see my abs at the very minimum
i have pretty big legs for what its worth
EDIT - @Nitrogen lol @ your nipple, thats some change though, the clean bulk was worth it
i cant say for sure whats gonna happen, but at this point i cant help but think a 12lb fat loss will be pretty noticeable on me, but like i said Im gonna evaluate everything once i get there

It was crazy how my body filled out on creatine & carbs.
I've lost some of those lines though so i'm cutting starting today.

That's good to know, I've got my creatine ready come bulk time, I'm gonna do a 300cal surplus and see how it goes. What were your numbers?

going to gain weight this week i think... le sigh... time to regroup!

Nice one Nitro..... For me I am back in town. Enjoyed my past few days off with my son and taking a much needed 3 day rest from the gym. I'd been killing it 5 days a week for the past month or so and I was feeling it for sure. My eating has been so so, but I've managed to stay under 4k each day. Little anxious to check my weight in the morning as I haven't weighed in since Sunday.
Not sure what to expect about the weigh in tomorrow. Either way, I've been very happy with my strength increases during the past month. I still believe I've gained at least a couple lbs of muscle.

GJDM
1/2 - 174 lbs
8/2 - 173.5 lbs
15/2 - 172 lbs
22/2 - 169.7lbs
Out of the 170 club, oh yeah!
Edit: Aiming for either 155 or 160, going to clean bulk right after I sustain that weight for at least a week (depending on the aesthetic appeal I might have), right now the only fat that is really left on myself is my love handles/inner thighs. The moment it goes away is the moment I will clean bulk.

This is Slow weight loss but not bad for 4 days back on it after last weeks excesses

So compared to last week I weighed in at 186 today. Last week was 183.4
Next week I'll be sure to stop fluid intake at night before bed, I think I had at least a gallon of fluid the last few hours before going to bed :<

Congrats to you!
I'm 166.2 this morning. That's 2.2 down from last week. Love PSMF.

Repped for killing it, week-in, week-out. How's your energy levels been on PSMF? I upped my cardio last week and it resulted in 4 lbs down. But I lift full-body 3 times a week and I would consider trying PSMF to get a killer couple of weeks of fat loss in without the added cardio. Keep up the good work brah!

Back up to 217. I have got to stop with the cheats. Ugh.
I HIT 213 on saturday. That's where I wanted to be today.

You once challenged me to a beard-off. Your new avi has tempered my enthusiasm. Regarding your weight - I always try and think big picture. If you're dieting and lifting, you're losing fat, end of story. It'll pay off.
Just paid a visit to your log. I have only vague notions of what 5/3/1 is but my interest is piqued. I'm looking forward to your results!

Like a friend of mine has said: "At least you're not steadily gaining".
I should be taking progress pictures, however, because I can't see where I'm losing fat stores. LE SIGH! It's a long process and I'm at the beginning of it; I have to get used to that.
I always welcome new subs! I'm sticking to this program for a LONG while. Can't wait to see where I get to!
-
295 this morning. Not the best result ever but a loss is a loss. I'll take it.
-
Holding at 191, I'll take it. Ended up losing 4-5 lbs last week being sick and not thinking I'd hold it off, but I did!
-
203.1 today, so a little bump in the road. I'll bring it back around though, Goal is to hit 199.9 by next Wednesday.
-
177lbs
Good workout last night.
yesterday's macs
cals 1,704
carbs 122
fats 66
protein 175
Plus 40 mins. on the treadmill this morning.

Came in at 311 today and I couldn't help but smile. This is the lightest ive weighed in 13 years although I have a long way to go, i feel great about myself knowing the discipline I have keeping up with this since last August. I wake up and look at myself in the mirror in morning and see the change as ammunition to keep grinding.
Feb 1: 320
Feb 8: 317
Feb 15: 315.2
Feb 22: 311.1

Making steady progress. Down 1.2 lbs @ 174.6 from last week. Seems like I hit my low point in the week on Friday mornings as I am up from last Friday by .3 lbs, but I know that has to do with my cheat meal I have on Friday or Saturday. Hoping I can break 170 before my birthday in March.
-
Down to 262.8 was 263.6 before I took a dump. LOL
-
I added some progress pics to my bodyspace but they look about the same as my December pictures where I was 146. Sitting at 154 today. Down from last week where I was 155.5 but am the same as I was on week 2. So I'm at my lowest for this comp but my lowest total was beginning of december at 146. Thinking I might have to get into the 130's to get rid of my love handles, chest fat, and lower stomach fat. Gonna suck cutting that far. On May 12 I will have been cutting for a year, started at 191. I've been lifting and using the treadmill and haven't skipped any workouts since I started. Other than one week where I was sick but I don't count that. Not losing my motivation but definitely looking forward to bulking. Keep it up everyone!
