Well, welcome!
Hows it going guys?
doing well here. Nice build dude!
I personally work and develop on User Interface and graphics for a few cable and satellite boxes. C++ was my original default but it's become C in recent years.
Sounds cool to me. :) What kind of devices do you program for? I am just starting out on learning C++ for Android/iOS mobile devices, although I've been programming for 20+ years. PHP is my default language.
Hey guys <3. <--- oh look. Accidentally indirection.
Gays gays gays...
Actually I'm bisexual but what the hell.
Hey Kids! Have a great weekend. I'm off to Atlanta for the big Joining Hearts pool party on Saturday.
Hugs,
T
PS: Hope to see 2.0Tsunami

Yeah, I heard embedded C++ is quite the obnoxious language. :)
Well cool beans. :) I'm going through another course to get me up to speed on C so that I can progress to C++ and Java. It's been a LONG time since I've looked at C.

Sounds like fun. Have a good time.
If you DO see him, please tell him about jerbs' recent success story. 23 pounds!
No offense but I rather here about Tsunami's progress :D
Enjoy the Pool Party "T"
Have a great weekend everyone!
Missed you guys this week. Sorry I was MIA but work was a bitch. I keep my personal laptop on my desk and try to check in once in a while, but this week was so freaking busy I never even turned it on!
Sorry for the lack of quotes, but here goes anyway:
Congrats to the guy who came out.
Congrats jerbs on the weight loss.
I speak Oracle. C was in college, and that was a frighteningly long time ago. It might have even been 'B' then.
Have fun this weekend, princess (although he won't see this).

Lol, if you were taught B in college then you must have had an instructor who stubbornly refused to adopt C. :) C was first developed in 1969 and became widely implemented by 1973. You aren't THAT ancient, given that I put you in college circa 1983?
Man... Being subjected to B a decade after C is like being taught Fortran for the purpose of modern software development. GET YOUR PUNCH CARDS OUT!
By "Oracle Speak" do you mean Java, or do you mean Oracle DB (or both)?
I've only ever interacted with Oracle DB, never implemented it. And I'm brand spankin' new to Java. TYPE CASTING IS KICKING MY ASS!! lol
No, I was actually kidding about the 'B' part. Personal computers were still quite new when I was in high school. We had a couple of Apple II machines, a TRS 80, and a CompuColor. I did some BASIC stuff on the Apple and was hooked. And you joke about the punch cards, but my first college course was FORTRAN on punch cards!
By Oracle I mean SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling and application architecture. I'll PM you the link to our web site.

Aah yes. I speak those things as well.
I can say that I'm glad I didn't have to worry about punch cards. :) I, also, got my start on the Apple IIe using BASIC. I pretty much geeked out on it, memorized the entire language specification by the time I was 11. I moved over to Linux when I wanted to progress from there, but didn't want to spend (what was it, like $800 for the Borland C compiler/IDE?) a grip of money for compilers on Winblows platforms. It was kind of nice, because my hobby turned into the perfect experience for WebRev 1.0 in the mid 90's, and I was insanely hireable. :) Thank you Perl! Thank you Apache! Thank you PostgreSQL/MySQL! Thank you Python! Thank you PHP!
Anyway... We better change the subject or we'll get banned from the Gay channel. :)
Ok, here's something for Bhujerban. Gotta go nite nite - I have a Carmina Burana rehearsal in the morning.

Had a good time watching your train ride video. I love riding the train. Done some great trips thru the years.

my first computer was the apple IIc
my first computer was the apple IIc
Both my parents were public school teachers, so every summer break they'd bring one of the school computers home for me to F around with. Technically, my first computer was a Laser 128, which was an Apple IIe clone. Only real difference was that you could shove an entire megabyte of expanded memory in the thing. LOL.
Do any of you remember the 8 1/2 " floppy discs? Not the 5.25" smaller ones (or the 3.5" even smaller ones). I came across a bunch of 8.5" floppies and a floppy disc drive at a school auction. Those things were like shoving an LP inside your computer! And they only held like 300K of data.
Aah, if only I could go back in time and show myself my Droid X, and give myself a few stock tips...
So...
There is this DROP DEAD GORGEOUS bro who works out the same time as me at Golds... I think I'm in love...

Thanks for this. Not one of my favourite works, though.
University ruined it for me. For weeks, my peers were all starry-eyed and pollyanna about this work I knew nothing of, and it was all they could talk about. The school then decided to have a "Carmina Burana Day", which just ticked me off. Can't remember WHY - but I know I didn't go to it. And I didn't participate when my local chorale prepared it last year either.
Jerbs has a birthday on Monday. I'll be 25 for the 3rd time, lol.

Wish Twilo was still around, when I played a song of her's at 2007 Pride he was like "Who is she, I LOVE her". Kinda figured once I learned more about her lifestyle that she'd be a flash in the pan, but very talented despite her issues.
Sad day, was hoping she would live long enough to outgrow the stage she was going thru.

Playing her music on my iPod as we speak...
:(

When I heard she died, I actually did think of you. I know how much you loved her. Lament.
How's it going peeps? What's new in your world?
I had another emotional dream this morning.
While I was 'asleep' (within the dream), the phone rang. My grandmother answered the phone for me, and we diskivered that James was calling me. He was apologising and begging me to take him back. She sure gave him an earful - actually asked if he intends to be real with me and 'not just lead him on again because I don't want to see him looking sad and broken-hearted anymore!'
Then she brought me the phone. Before I knew it, I was getting railed by him () next to his fireplace, and the whole time I'm thinking "I can't believe I fell for this *again*... He's gonna hurt me again, I know it..."
I woke up, weeping. Am I having unresolved issues with him? Or am I still hung up on him? I feel like I should call him. What do I do?

I'm in full-on recovery mode from the craziness of this past weekend.
Details to follow.
I had a great weekend with a some debauchery, nasty piggy sex, no sleep and fun with friends.
Went to see Captain America with no expectations and none were met :D no, I actually enjoyed the movie, which was styled like "Indiana Jones". Hope all of you had a great weekend and enjoyed the heat.

Railed as in plowed? It sounds like a wet dream but why put Granny in the mix? :D Issues , I agree, but has he made an attempt to call you? If he has and you still want to continue some kind a relationship with him, then do so. I say just don't fall so fast and hard for him when he may not feel the same. Good luck or get sum ;)

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Which is strange, because I'm a top. I can't bottom worth a damn. He has not called me, but there is a bit of evidence that *something* was going on. At the end of May, I sent him an ultimatum: "Make a move or get lost. Be in touch with me if you're interested." (It wasn't exactly those words, I'm paraphrasing for brevity.) And he texted me in response to it, but more of the same old b.s. ensued. If you guys thought MY drama was bad, you ain't seen what James can do!
I *do* want a relationship with him - I'm convinced he was my long-awaited prince - but then I think of all the miscommunication, the broken plans, the unreturned messages, &c. And I wonder if it's all worth it... I fell in love with him over dinner on that first night. But he spent most of the meal looking at his plate.
I just don't know... I think I'll email him and see if that gets a response. See if we can take things slow. Maybe start over.
