Sad thing is it is already happening. In divorces women are favoured much more than men. In the courtroom women get the upper hand. I need only point you to Casey Anthony and Mary Winkler. Both got joke sentences for the simple fact that they were women. If they were men, we would already have had their heads on pikes.
