I'm trying to do a big calorie deficit + supplements and normal training to lose 30-40 lbs. Cardio 3 times a week along with legs/push/pull.
I was thinking about buying dnpx until I saw that people were apparently dying from it...
Also, is a fatburner + creatine too much? And should I be taking whey?
Please tell me which burner is the best for cutting along with any other supplements I should be taking.
