Word of wisdom please
So recently my aunt passed away on valentines day . So me my family all get together after the funeral and everyone's all gloomy and depressed. But Instead of eating my way out of depression I still counted my cals and I'm good then my cousin offered me a cig and I smoked with him cause how could I not he just lost his mom . So I smoked one then he offered another so 2 cigs in one night . I've been sober for about 1 month off cigs now . Anyone think this will affect my weight loss? I know cigs shift your metabolism is it possible for me to shift it back if I keep at my daily routine

First of all my condolences, I think you don't need to start smoking again no matter what maybe it is hard for you at this times but eventually you will have no profit from it. my advice is to stay strong and don't smoke. It is much more healthier.

lost my gram a year ago yesterday. She always made hilarious comments about my gains. I find it's best to focus on the best part of their past rather then them passing... This helps a lot. I never will forget explaining the term "mirin" to her. Sorry for your loss and if you put your mind to it kicking those cigs will be a peace of cake bro.
