Had my alarm set at 5:30 today for a morning workout ... Woke up at 7 like a Baos! :D
I'll try 2-3 scoops of BRX for my lunchtime workout. How long before the workout should I take it?
Morning cutists, be des, baklas, cdgurl-lovers!!

LOL@gif. I would say take BRX like 20-30 mins. before hitting the weights. I would tell you this, don't expect like it's Craze because it isn't :D
Morning Asians! Changing up my workout and seems like my body is responding.
That's good man. That's real good.
I sounded like the HodgeTwins there lol
What program are you running now?

I took new measurements today because when I jumped on the scale I had gained 1 kilo. When I look in the mirror my abs looked better than they did last week and even was able to see the vein at the bottom of the ab pop out to where it connects to the pen0r. I think this 5 solid meals plus 2-3 protein shakes and munching on peanuts all day long is working. Also I increased my creatine and bcaa intake by 200%. Maybe it's a waste but I don't care cause I gotta try it. Regardless every part of my body grew at least 1/16-1/8 of a inch from when I measured last week.

Sooo yesterday I got my results from the chiropractor I went to see. Xrays show that my neck is curved forward and he is recommending a 12 week therapy session. After sitting in his office for a while, I noticed a lot of the stuff can be done at home, and one of the main things that'll help fix my particular "problem" is a neck brace. Should I get this?

But gotta take a week off from it after a month cause I get immune to the caffeine and have to take 2 after a few weeks.
Toon do you have issue with your neck?
No, not really... I just went to chiro to check out my bones since there was this promo where I get xray and stuff. Turns out my xray results show my neck is curved forwards instead of the normal backwards curve.

Anyone know what is "normal" ratio of height to wingspan?
I'm 68" tall with fingertip to fingertip wingspan of 70.5". Someone told me I'm leaning toward chimpanzee ratio.
Are you supposed to be taller than your wingspan?

What's up audie and fellow Asians? I wanna start lifting more frequently and hit this site up again.
I've been doing insanity and lifting once a week since may 2012. I might lift more as I start my master's in nuclear engineering this spring. Ben working in a radiation safety lab for a year.
I'm going to look forward to the debauchery and fap material this 2013.

Rehbands are overpriced and it better deliver. I think it's because it was manufactured in Micronesia or some 2nd world country...It's the one above a 3rd world country :}

LOL I stopped lifting, since I was working and applying for grad school. Basically the gym was a reward for reaching the next step.

I was this close to doing turbofire. Didn't lift for 5 months. I was still 215 but with different proportions. Dead lifts suffered. Bench was better. But legs felt fatigued since I only lifted once a week, Insanity for the rest

We got to change that line of thinking! :-)
The gym shouldn't be a reward, it really should be a part of life. Vacations or cars or gadgets can be rewards. I always my friends the same thing.
Its not just for aesthetics but fitness and health. It's alot easier to be be fit and maintain when you get older than to try to regain it later.

True! Gym shouldn't be a reward. It should be a way of life. Young people today have it backward.
