Are you going to bed at 12? You may be getting a lot less sleep than 6 hours. I always have to give myself a little time.I like to go to bed at 10 knowing that I will be asleep within 1 hour, and than waking up at 6:30.
yes in overall awareness and even the little things you might not notice, trust me i questioned the same...sleep is like a free drug with only positive effects unless you sleep in and are late for somethin

Yes, of course. But just like other aspects of fitness such as training volume and nutrition, a perfect balance must be achieved. Too much sleep wreaks havoc on your energy too. I personally perform best on 8.5 hours. Experiment for a while, and see how more sleep affects you.

I usually go to bed 11, get up 8 so strong 9 hours of sleep...
Anyways, lately because of school I had to get up at 6 so i decided to change my schedule around, go to bed at 10, get up at 6.
Actually feels pretty good man, I think it's true what they say, 1 hr of sleep before midnight counts as 2 after midnight
