How would u guys take this combo, i take both proteins with milk and ON 100% whey pre and Syntha 6 post with 1 1/2 scoop. Dont know how people handle protein with water, IMO it taste awful. Anybody think this is a good combo?

Mix it with heavy water.
I dont know why you need both, but I take all protein shakes with water and dont mind.
do u guys get better results with water?
Water is much cheaper. Milk will add some protein I guess. I always use water.
Try it with milk, or I hear its good with Oats
