Got the samples yesterday. Although Dymatize offers a wide range of products, that statement is false. I would expect you to verify before pointing out an error in my review ;)
Straight from the website:

The key lines to read:

Of course they are going to say thay it on ON's own website
Tell me a category that Dymatize doesn't make a product in, they are just as big..
Ya i should get mine tomarrow too. Have you tried any yet? I am so stoked for them to come in the mail. Nice thread BTW

Thanks for checking it out. I used the Blue Raspberry AmiN.O. Energy packet earlier today and I'm currently working on the review.

Lol.. they all copied and pasted the paragraph from ON's website. ON says that to help with sales and marketing
You seem to be getting overly defensive about it, when I wasn't even making a big deal. Was just pointing it out..
Like I said, give me a product category that Dymatize doesn't produce. Dymatize is just as big and diverse

Like I said, I'm really not that concerned about it, was just pointing it out. Both are huge companies with quality products and cover pretty much everything, although I usually favor other companies over them.
They are like the Nike and Reebok of the bodybuilding world

I'm not sure of all the discrepancies between the products each company manufactures, yet I see no reason to question Optimum's declaration.
The time has come to reveal my first review, featuring Blue Raspberry flavored AmiN.O. Energy.

Solid review man. For all the hate I give to ON's Gold Standard (lol vanilla and C&C) I love the AmiNO energy line.

Thanks for reading! I think I've bought more AmiN.O. Energy from ON than anything else. You'll have to drop back in after I review Performance Whey, which is next on the list. I don't anticipate a ton of positive reactions to that product.

another top notch review from you man!
another top notch review from you man!
I may have gone a bit overboard considering it's only a sample packet haha. I think from here on I'm going to stick with doing reviews for smaller companies. ON is such a large company that I'm sure they could care less about what is said in a review or how much effort goes into it. Have you been working on anything lately? I haven't seen your name pop up in the log or review section for awhile.

Haha is that really a big deal? Only ON can straighten out that issue, but I'm sure there's a valid reason for their claim :)

Marketing, like I said
I sometimes forget you know everything ;). I didn't write the company's profile, so there is no sense in attacking me about it.

just got mine and immediately tried the performance whey. I actually thought it tasted really good. Although i'm not a big fan of the added sugar and calories i would give it a better taste rating.

Taste is so subjective that there's almost no point in giving it a rating. In fact, I always buy the product with the lowest taste rating in the bb.com store, because that's typically the flavor I'm going to like the most. When it comes to protein, I prefer a thick and frothy texture. Performance Whey was ridiculously thin and I could not tolerate the amount of sugar. Obviously anyone interested in eating healthy is not going to choose that protein. I'm sure it helps if you drank it with milk, but I don't like using milk in my protein shake. Requiring milk for a decent taste is also not very convenient.
