Meal4: Chicken Thighs (5oz) 1 cup collard Greens, 1 cup asparugus
Meal5: Whey 1 Scoop
Cals: 2089; Fat-67% Carbs-6% Protein 28%
I need to decrease the fat to 60, I think the carbs are ok, but I need more protein. Will look back at the meals I have had!

looking better sean. I need to get back into keto. I keep saying this weekend, but I'm serious this time. LOL Sat i will start again! Keep up the work man. remember to take pics once a month or so and maybe a weighin every so often

Carbs-6%; Fats-65%, Protein 29% Cals: 2271
I am also attempting to drink 80oz of water. and that seems to help also with making me feel full, and decrease my wanting to snack at night! Tomorrow is a GYM DAY!!!!!

Well its almost FRIDAY!!!! Going to take my cardio Class, but still need to drink more water!

Finished 1 week I think I am back in ketosis, we will see...

Meal 3:8oz ground beef (sloppy joe)
Meal 4: 8oz of pork tenderloin, 2cups salad 2TBSP Ranch Dressing.
Meal 5: 1Scoop Whey 1 TBSP Flaxseed Oil
Cals-2124 Fat-58%; Protein-37%; Carbs 5%
NOt bad percentage wise, would like to re do that again for tomorrow.
Today I worked on Biceps and Back, also took 30 min Cardio Class feel a little sluggish, but I will drink some green tea tonight also. GO HEELS!!!!!

Hey Sean! Just wanted to comment on the sloppy joe...did you make it from scratch? A lot of the canned sloppy joe sauses have a lot of sugars...
Oh and thanks for posting about ranch dressing...i forgot about it and had some last night on my salad. YUM. Have a great day! A :)

Hey I don't do much cooking from cans, and the like I like to cook and I do it on the side for families. I used ground beef, and Low carb Ketcup and Mustard and Splenda turned out pretty good. yeah the Ranch Dressing has been a regular in my diet LOL... Thanks for the post

Hello all, I wanted to know has anyone ever had strange feelings from being in Ketosis?
Meal 1 2 eggs Fried, 1TBSP EVOO, 5 strips bacon
Meal2: 8oz of pork chops
Meal 3 : 8 oz sloppy joe mix, and 3 Oscar Mayer cheese dogs, 2 cups letuce, 2TBSP Ranch Dressing
Meal 4: 1Scoop Whey, 1 TBSP Flax seed Oil
Cals: 2222 Fat-66%; Protein-33% Carbs-3%
The sloppy joe was make with low carb Ketchup, and mustard with splenda. I am still trying to get 80oz of water a day but I miss my COFFEE!!!

Well.. for me there have been moments through tough workouts where I would have to really focus bc I felt 'foggy' or light? is that what you mean?
It's happening less now.. other than that, everything seems ok
keep it up!

What kind? I seem to feel sluggest if i go about 2 weeks without a carb up. I can tell i've been more depressed but that could be more of things in my life and not the diet. Um...had stomach pains but it was because i didn't get enough water in a day. I can't think of any other strange feelings. :)

Strange like when I was working out I was doing something and when I went to stand up it felt like I could fall over.. The rest of the day I sort of felt like I took a lot of cold medicine. Does that make sense?

I forgot my breakfast and lunch today when I went to the gym I guess getting up at 4am caught me today :P So I went for breakfast and lunch so I had a moment of weekness I hope the Keto Gods will forgive me!
Meal 1: bacon/cheese omellet, 1 peice of whole wheat toast, side of bacon
Meal 2: Quizno's Rosted Chicken Salad (NO FLATTBREAD), Ranch dressing, Hot peepers.
Meal 3: 1Scoop Whey
Meal 4: 7oz sloppy joe mix, 3 hotdogs,
Meal 5: 1 scoop whey, 4TBSP heavy Cream
Today during Cardio class I was really draging. Today was better feeling wise!
