What should I do if I am bulking, but it is an off day for me. Should I eat the same number of cals. Is light cardio ok? I feel like I need to be working out everyday and it is hard to not do anything.

You could do some cardio if you really want to. For me when i was bulking i tried to eat as much as i could on off days but thats just me.
yes eat the same number of calories b/c you will need those nutrients to repair the muscles you worked yesterday or the day before.
consume alot of protein, & eat 6 healthy meals a day, eat..eat..eat...

exactly, your muscle only grows at rest, so why wouldnt you want it to grow when it can grow the best - on your off days. add a little bit of cardio on Off days if you feel you really need it or just walk for an hour or 2.
Give your body time to rest but keep your diet. Rememebr, your muscles grow when your resting, not when your working them. Only do light cardio if you feel you are gaining to much fat. And even then only keep it to 2 days max a week.
i used to feel the same way i wanted to work out every day and i was so eager to get in the gym i wanted to be in it at all times. but ive quickly learned to enjoy my off days. eat the same tho.
Defenintely eat the same. I did some cardio on my days off during my first month of bulking, and when now that Im eating on those days I get much better results.
