genotype plays a big role as well as bodyfat%. the lower=more visible
ya, because mine doesn't show very much, and I saw this skinny guy at school and even he has them, and i was like wtf
thanks JadeDragon reps for you
yeh exactly right, all about genetics, and a bit of the bodyfat.
Body fat has a part to play, the less body fat - the more likely you are to see them. However, when alot of blood is passed through them they can also get alot bigger over time, i.e heavy arm exercises will require blood flowing more frequent to the arm thus over time - arm veins increasing in size...
M&Ms taken in suppository form is alleged to work.
it's all about genetics and bf
if you want them up for a bit just eat loads of sweets and suger that works
Vein placement and bodyfat play the biggest role in vascularity, but there are ways to make your vains thicker and more visible.
Say you want bigger forearm veins, you know how people can grip their elbow or underarm in a certain way and make their veins really show? Well if you do this for a certain period of time everyday, and keep the blood flowing thick in your forearm, your veins will stretch and get bigger. This works for other bodyparts also.
why the heck u want a bigger veins?thats only going to make you look scary..........

How do u do that, could u plz explain?
im not sure cause when i started working out, my veigns in my forearms started showing up, even though i didnt lose any fat. it might also come from training forearms.
if you want bigger veins, take NO supplements. Nitrix is great for bringing out the veins. it's the arginine in it - arginine is an amino acid which increases circulation, lowers blood pressure and regenerates the lining of the blood vessels.
my veins stick out very much, especially in my arms. i have a very thick vein that runs all the way from my left wrist into my armpit. people get quite impressed when they see it.
some people even think my vascularity is freakish - one of my friends in school said it was worrying.
i have a very low % BF though (only around 8% - i was like a pencil before i started lifting), and my family all had good vascularity - i guess it's partly to do with genetics too.
