You just have a high bicep insertion, doing preacher curls won't help, it's genetic. Nothing you can do but make it huge!

I have the same problem, i have a random gap between my bicep and my forearm. But there isnt really anything you can do about it except lifting heavy and eating right
Just throwing one more thing out there, I have the same thing and it will look better and better the larger you are.
Same thing for me as well. Sucks cause when I wear a t-shirt, it looks like I have no muscle. :P
isn't that normal? :S im seeing pics in google and they have the same thing, if not can you direct me to a normal bicep pic

Granted he probably has awesome genetics but still...
EDIT: It's probably like 50/50. Half have biceps like OP, half don't.
as stated above its genetics bro
just work on making it bigger
along with the rest of your body tho
dont be a curl-a-holic tho
All posts are true, the gap seems smaller the bigger your biceps & forearms grow.
(+ high insertion= higher peak... So muhaha we win)
I have that as well. I don't mind it tbh. I find it's a bit bulkier seeing as it's shorter.
do concentration curls and drag curls
wow thanks heaps for the feed back. thought i was going to get payed out :P/ so there is nothing i can do to make this not look so odd?
You're biceps are fine. Most people have that gap and it's only noticable for you because you have a fairly low body fat percentage. Nothing to be worried about and I don't think it looks bad at all.
Your biceps look fine, you just have no triceps.
Very short insertions, which will limit how big your arms will be by quite a bit if you otherwise had full muscle bellies. On the other hand, most people think bis w/ short insertions look cooler and they usually tend to peak more when flexed.
My best mate had that too. Just how your made.
Like my abs are very uneven, nothing i can do about it except learn to love my body!! Do the same.

ok thanks man
thats called high bicep insertion, the more fingers u can fit in between the bicep and the forearm the higher bicep insertion, so that means different workouts work differently.
if u are interested i can try search a thread posted by a bb'er explaining it in more deepth.
edit: i just realised everyone has posted about this, soz lmao.
Adding mass to them helps any problem
Barbell curls, reverse grip preacher curls help develop your lower bicep, which is the closest you'll ge to filling in the gap by extending your biceps down.
Notice how the gap fills in when you're flexing with a hammer curl stance, but you can notice the high insertion on a regular 90 degree flex?

Too bad most people don't realize that actually helps with growth all over.
