just wanted to tell you guys i have finally achieved a bench press of 225 with perfect form. and all at 145 lb....
now let the flaming begin!!!!!

i would take a video but no way im taking a camcorder into the gym...and if someone wants to teach me how to upload a vid from a RAZR onto the internet then np ill show you the lift.

Well I don't really give a **** if you made the lift or not to be honest. I doubt anyone else does either.
At least not without something to back it up with. And it's a pain in the ass getting **** off RAZRs.

145 benching 225 makes me wonder how uncomplete you are in other areas of your body. How many pull ups can you do? Squat? Deadlift. Well your young and i'm sure your impressed by a lot of things at your age. So to comment on you, great job but i've seen a bunch of people bench twice there weight at the gym.

23 pull ups
300 squat....i know stick legs. i just started sqauting. never realized how important it was until like 2 months ago.
starting to deadlift this week...

Don't worry I believe you.. I did 225 last yr at 140 lbs (I'm serious).
I did have stick legs though.
My upper body strength has always been my strong point... I set the school record for pullups last yr at 28.

No one really gives a **** unless you post a video. OMG you can bench 225 **** that makes my day...
Maybe if you had uploaded a video people would care a little more but no one gives a **** unless its something ridiculous, in which case you need a video or again no one will give a ****.
