I'm 18, about 200 lbs. i lift 6 days a week, do cardio about 3-4 times a week, primarily jogging or biking. I dont eat alot of junkfood, i just cant seem to lose my stomach, im happy with my progress lifting wise just not with my fat burning. i take 1 more rep about 4 times a week, whey protein sometimes but not too often.
