Ever since the first time I tried a real smoothie when I was like 5 I've dreamed of having a juicer lmfao. What will you be juicing typically? More things geared toward micro nutrients or will you be making protonz shakes with fresh fruit juice :eek:?
I'll be focusing on micros/macros. That book actually goes more in depth with ingredients than the typical recipe book, thus I'm really looking forward to learning a bit more while I get healthy-shredded ;) :D
