Off the bat the macro's are pretty good if you're on a low carb or keto type diet. I personally don't need to go on these types of diets because of my high metabolism, but this is something to consider when I try carb cycling.

Smell - Upon opening the package, it smells like sea water. It's got that briney fresh sea foody smell to it. It quickly goes away after the first rinse. I washed it about 3 times and the smell was nonexistent.
Taste - I ate a noodle unheated and raw. Couldn't quite get a strong taste of the spinach, but there was a hint of it. Wasn't bad at all and did not taste that sea water smell.
Texture - Being asian, you're accustomed to almost every type of noodle. So spinach fettucine was fairly different than any other noodle. It looked more like a padthai noodle, but the texture was much different. Probably because the fettucine I usually get is a little bit less wider and It felt like chewing on carmelized onions or biting into a soft onion ring(the onion part). More like a soft chew with a bit of a crunch like an onion.

So I decided to make chicken carbonara since I had the available ingredients. I set aside the noodles until the chicken was cooked and then mixed it in with the sauce for about a few minutes. Overall macros for this meal was 600 calories 6g carbs (3g fiber) 34g fat 62g protein.
Taste - The noodles seemed to absorb the carbonara sauce very well. I barely tasted the spinach as the sauce was buttery, creamy and cheesey.
Texture - The texture remained the same when cooked. I actually added some carmelized onions and some instances I was wondering if it was the noodles or onions I was chewing on.
Price $3.39 - Kind of pricey if you're used to buying barilla wheat pasta.
Overall it's something I may consider picking up to eat atleast 2-3 times per week on low carb days(if I do carb cycling). The taste is good. The smell goes away very quickly and once eaten you get a full satisfied feeling. Atleast for me. Thanks Dave for hooking this up!
