I slept into today until 1105hrs.. and made my way to the kitchen and made some breakfast and PWO drink....

1 multi grain wrap w/flax
Went and banged on the drums for a hour and a half.. Yeah counting this as round two of cardio lol.
Got home and cooked up this weeks food...... ummm you guessed it chicken....

16oz Baked Chicken breast
1 cup of multi grain linguine
OK seems weekends I am eating a lot less than through out the week but it is working for me...
Tonight before bed.. I will be smashing down.

On usual splits I set Back and Legs day with rest days following those days.... No clue of why the program I am had it set like that just gives me something else to tweak I guess lol.. Up until now I have been doing ok If those days lead into something else but with me trying to pull some calories back here and there along with carbs it is more problematic lol... Any way heading off to rest up to destroy the back tomorrow..

I must say I definitely needed the extra carbs I had yesterday.. I felt rejuvenated this morning and got a full 8 hrs of sleep last night.
