i just like to stick with the good ole ON 100% whey with dextrose...
Soon I will be trying out some Substance WPI though...
100% ON Whey, Toss in your choice of banana / strawberry / peanut butter / oats/
Personally I like the low gi route and go with ON whey and oats. Although a friend of mine just got a jug of Isopure and doesn't like it so he gave it me so I'll probably give that a try with my oats
