i eat oatmeal 30 mins to an hour before my workout
i eat oatmeal 8 hours before i work out for breakfast.
Ive been eating oatmeal half the time I eat lately lol
How much do you guys eat? Oatmeal always sits heavy on my stomach, I think it would make me feel not as good in the gym...
i know this is a dumb question but im a noob....why oatmeal?????what does it do

wrong 30 mins to an hour is more effective.. look it up
im cutting and i have 1 egg and 2 egg whites. about half a cup of oatmeal and a fruit. am i eating way too much for cutting?

i agree i need to get bigger but im not looking to be a bodybuilder and compete and stuff just have a nice 6pack and cut. but anyway about my breakfast. should i lose the oatmeal?
