Abercrombie workout?

I don't want to be a model, I just like that the models body are very proportioned. Yes, the lower body exercises aren't as intense as the upper.
Edit: Is Rippetoes just as good as this? Because I'm currently doing Rippetoes.

I know im gonna get alot of hate from this saying this is bb.com etc etc but i gotta agree with the OP the models body are very proportioned and look good(no homo) and it is what most girls like to see. But i wouldnt follow that. Just my 2 cents please no neg or hate lol

very proportioned? my ass. most designer store models are all abs bi's and chest. not much mass and low bodyfat.

it's an ok workout tbh but you'd probably wanna change it up a bit and make it your own. tbh, just make your own now, try it out and then change it. then change it some more.
Work out what's best for you and keep doing it.

lel bench, deadlift and squat all 2x a week.

obviously not the best routine out there, but the routine didnt look as bad as a i thought it would be just by reading the title.
suprised to see squats and shrugs just cuz most models have no traps

the workout itself doesn't actually look tooo shabby, but I don't think I saw any deadlifts there :/
anything with the word "Abercrombie" attached to its name disgusts me anyway
