Expected strength gains for clean bulking?
Well basically my questions is how much strength should i expect to gain from Bench, Squat and Deadlift per month (or per week if it can be calculated.) while clean bulking? The reason why i want to know is so i can set a goal and if i fail then i know i'm not pushing hard enough or my workout routine is junk. Also is it weird that my weight was stuck at 153 pounds for a month and then suddenly went to 155.5? I weighed myself once a week on the same day and same time and every week for that month i was stuck at 153. Then just this week i suddenly jumped to 155.5 my diet was exactly the same everyday.
